- This upgraded warranty applies only to products shipped after August 1, 2025. Previous shipments are not eligible for this enhanced service, and Rugged Care Service cannot be purchased separately.

Accidental Damage Protection
Covers accidental damage to key components, with one service request per key part allowed every 12 months during the Rugged Care period.

The total value of services provided will not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
